Drop & Go Service Form

Thank you for consigning with us. This form is designed to streamline the drop-off process for you and ensure we have all the information needed to process your items efficiently. For the Drop & Go service, we will retreive your items from your vehicle and distribute them on the sale floor. Please note that Drop & Go requires a $10 non-refundable, non-transferable fee in addition to the standard $15 consignor registration fee. Large items that require assembly will incur an additional $5 assembly fee per large item. All necessary pieces and the instruction manual must be included with the item at drop-off. You will receive 55% of back on your earnings with this service. Please take time to complete the required fields below. Before you begin:

Consignor Agreement

By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

2. I understand that any items not meeting the guidelines may be excluded from the sale.
   

3. I agree to the terms of consignment, including consignor registration and Drop & Go service fees, sale percentages, and the handling of unsold items (e.g., donation or return).
   

4. I confirm that I will arrive within the designated time frame for drop off or my items may not be included in the sale.
   

5. I understand that Sprout Style Swap is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to my items.
   

6. I understand that payment must be made before drop off in order to secure my spot for this service.
