There are a variety of ways to help at our sale! Volunteers assist with everything from setting up the sales floor, greeting and directing consignors during drop-off, organizing items by category, checking out, and sorting items after the sale ends. We have roles that involve sitting, standing, or moving around—whatever suits your comfort level. When you register, you’ll be able to pick the type of shift that fits you best.
Can’t make a shift? Your spouse, friend, family member, or older child (ages 16+) can work in your place or alongside you to help you earn your volunteer hours.
Volunteering 1 Shift
* Starter Squad
Volunteer for just one shift to enjoy early shopping access before the public sale begins and earn 65% of your sold items.
Complete 1 Shift of Your Choice.
Volunteering 4 Shifts
** Super Star Squad
Volunteers at this level receive the following benefits:

Earn 75% of your sales

Early shopping access before consignors and the public
-
One guest pass for early shopping
Must Complete: 1 Setup and/or Breakdown Shift, 1 Inspection Shift, 1 Sorting Shift, and 1 Shift of Your Choice.
* Support Squad
Volunteer for two shifts to get early shopping access and earn 70% of your sold items.
Must Complete: 1 Sorting Shift and
1 Shift of Your Choice.
Volunteering 2 Shifts
Volunteering 5 Shifts
*** Signature Squad
Volunteers at this level receive the following benefits:

80% of your sales

No registration fee (your $10 Early Bird or $15 Regular fee is refunded on your consignor check once all shifts are completed at the end of the sale)

First to shop during exclusive presale hours

First access to Discount Week

Two guest passes for early shopping

Ready to get started? Click here to open My Consignment Manager.
Sign in with your existing username and password if you've used My Consignment Manager before. If you're new, click  Register to create an account.
Choose the Adult 2026 event to get started.
Look for the Sprout Style Squad tab on the right and give it a click!
Click Sprout Style Squad - Manage your Sprout Style Squad Shift(s) on the dashboard.
Take a look through the shifts and choose the ones that work best for you!
