Supplies Needed

​Zip ties, also known as cable ties.

Cardstock (65lb): Colored (pastel or neon shades, light colors only): For items that sellers wish to retrieve if unsold. Please avoid using dark colors like dark red or dark blue, as well as beige or cream, as these are either hard to scan or too close to white. 

White Card Stock Paper: Specifically for items to be donated to charity.

Scissors for cutting tags and preparing items.

An ink pen for labeling or writing on tags.

A hole punch for attaching tags to items.

Painter’s tape for securing items with delicate covers.

Quart, gallon, and/or 2-gallon size plastic bags. 
To package shoes and small, loose items.

Packing tape for securely closing bags and attaching tags.​

It's important not to use dark-colored card stock as it interfereswith scanning processes,
and avoid beige or cream colors, whichcould be mistaken for the white donation tags.

For items such as large play kitchens, tool benches, plastic toy boxes, student desks, bikes, and most ride-on toys that will be placed outside, please place your tag inside a Ziploc bag and tape it securely to the item. This helps protect the tag from weather and ensures it stays readable—even in the event of rain.

Ensure your tagged clothing appears like this:

To prevent holes in fabric, avoid using safety pins on delicate materials and attach tags to seams or sturdy areas. Double-check for small snags or tears before consigning, as damaged items may not be accepted.
