Whether you’re looking to declutter or earn a little extra, we have options to help you get started. From tagging and prepping your items to dropping them off for the sale, our process is designed to make consigning as simple as possible. Consigning Options
You Tag
We value your role as a Sprout Style Swap Children's Consignment Sale consignor. This option is chosen by most of our consignors. Consignors who choose this option pay a $15 non-refundable fee and will earn 65% of their total sales. Earnings will be paid out by check and mailed at the end of the sale. There are no additional fees after the registration fee is paid.
You will use the software to create, print, and tag all your items. Please refer to the guidebook for details on which seasonal items are accepted for the fall sale. Once all your items are tagged. You will choose a drop-off date for your items. You will distribute your items on the sales floor. Then come shop at your early access time and sit back, relax, and wait for your earnings. We Tag
Want to consign but don’t have time to tag? Our We Tag Service helps consignors participate in Sprout Style Swap without having to prep, price, and tag everything themselves. With We Tag, you provide the items, and our experienced taggers handle the tagging process for you.
We Tag consignors must pay the consignor registration fee ($15), complete the We Tag interest form, and pay the We Tag supply fee ($15) before being paired with a tagger. Spots are limited!
To participate, consignors must have at least 2 bins of items. Items should be clean, organized, seasonally appropriate, and placed in bins that are 27 gallons or smaller with lids. Taggers are not responsible for sorting,
cleaning, or washing items.
All items must meet Sprout Style Swap quality standards. Items with stains, holes, excessive wear, odors, pet hair, missing parts, broken pieces, or items that are not sale-appropriate may be pulled. All pulled items are documented and shared with the consignor.
A $1 fee applies per item pulled for quality reasons. Consignors should
pre-screen their items before handing them off to their tagger. For a full list

Before tags are printed, your tagger will send an inventory report for pricing approval. Once pricing is approved, your items will be tagged and prepared for the sale. Taggers are responsible for prepping, tagging, and placing your items on the sales floor.
The We Tag Service will close on Saturday, August 8, or once the program reaches capacity, whichever comes first.
Drop & Go
You pay a $10 non-refundable Drop & Go fee in addition to the $15 consignor's fee.
Similar to the You Tag option, you will use the software to create, print, and tag all your items. Once all your items are tagged. You will choose a drop off date for your items. You will then pull up to the door of our facility and someone will unload your car for you. Consignors will tag their own items and drop off items in bins during their assigned slots. We will distribute your items on the sales floor for you and you will earn 55% of your total sales. You don’t even have to get out of your car! Then come shop at your early access time and sit back to wait for your earnings.

Please refer to the event schedule for the designated drop-off date and time. Consignors should arrive during their assigned time slot to help manage traffic flow and minimize wait times.
