Whether you’re looking to declutter or earn a little extra, we have options to help you get started. From tagging and prepping your items to dropping them off for the sale, our process is designed to make consigning as simple as possible. Take a look at the options below to find the best fit for your needs.

Consigning Options

You Tag

We value your role as a Sprout Style Swap Children's Consignment Sale consignor. This option is chosen by most of our consignors. Consignors who choose this option pay a $15 non-refundable fee and will earn 65% of their total sales. Earnings will be paid out via check at the end of the sale. There are no additional fees after the registration fee is paid.

 

You will use the software to create, print, and tag all your items. Please refer to the guidebook for details on which seasonal items are accepted for the fall sale. Once all your items are tagged. You will choose a drop-off date for your items. You will distribute your items on the sales floor. Then come shop at your early access time and sit back, relax, and wait for your earnings. We Tag

You pay a $15 non-refundable We Tag supply fee in addition to the $15 consignor's fee for this service. The We Tag for You supply fee covers the cost of zip ties, cardstock, printing, safety pins, hangers, etc., so it is in addition to the consignor fee to sell at our events. This fee will be taken out of your earnings at the end of the sale. 

We will print and fill out your tags for you. We will fill out the tags’ description, price, size, etc, and hang them on hangers, attach tags, put out the items properly, and sell them! You will receive a check at the end of the sale. Our pricing follows the Sprout Style Swap guide, typically setting items at 30% of retail value.

Currently, our We Tag service is exclusively for clothing, shoes, books, and small toys; we are unable to accept other types of items under this service. Each signup includes service for up to two bins, unless otherwise arranged with your tagger. There is a $8 fee for each additional bin, as agreed upon between you and your tagger. If you have larger items to sell, you’ll need to tag them under your original registration and bring them during designated drop-off times. Please refer to the guidebook for details on which seasonal items are accepted for the spring sale.​ 
 

Items will be transferred from your bins to our SSS totes during a public meet-up. Taggers will review the items to ensure they are seasonally appropriate and in great condition before accepting the items. Items MUST be freshly laundered (our taggers will not wash items) and be neatly organized. Please place outfits together to make the tagging process smoother.  

We accept a wide variety of children's clothing, ranging from preemie sizes to junior size 18. This includes short-sleeved shirts, onesies, shorts, thin tights, socks, dresses, overalls, capris, rompers, raincoats, dance wear, costume dress-up items, bathrobes, and pajamas. Boutique clothing for children is also welcome. 
 

For our spring sale, we accept seasonal clothing for holidays such as Easter, St. Patrick’s Day, and July 4th. 
 

For our fall sale, we accept long-sleeved shirts, sweaters, jackets, and pants, along with clothing themed for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day.
 

For both sales, school uniforms, including embroidered or screen-printed apparel representing local schools, are also accepted. Additionally, gently used game day attire is encouraged for resale at both spring and fall sales. 

Please note: We cannot accept items with stains, rips, tears, broken zippers or snaps, undergarments, or clothing with monogrammed initials.
 

We accept shoes in "like new" or gently used condition across all brands. 

For our spring sale, we accept a variety of warm-weather and everyday shoes, including sandals, flip-flops, slippers, water shoes, ballet shoes, costume or dress-up heels, Crocs, cleats, rain boots, and tennis shoes. Some of these items, such as tennis shoes, Crocs, and rain boots, may also be accepted in the fall sale if they are seasonally appropriate. Shoes with noticeable scuffs or excessive wear will not be accepted. Boots in good condition will be accepted only in the fall sale.

If you’d like to participate in this service, please note that the deadline is Friday, March 6, 2026. We are only accepting 25 consignors for We Tag at this time, and sign-ups are available during registration. You MUST register as a consignor first in order to participate in this service.
Once the service fills, we will close the registration or open a waitlist.

We Tag will close when it reaches maximum capacity. 

Drop & Go

You pay a $10 non-refundable Drop & Go fee in addition to the $15 consignor's fee.

Similar to the You Tag option, you will use the software to create, print, and tag all your items. Once all your items are tagged. You will choose a drop off date for your items. You will then pull up to the door of our facility and someone will unload your car for you. Consignors will tag their own items and drop off items in bins during their assigned slots. We will distribute your items on the sales floor for you and you will earn 55% of your total sales. You don’t even have to get out of your car! Then come shop at your early access time and sit back to wait for your earnings.

Please refer to the event schedule for the designated drop-off date and time. Consignors should arrive during their assigned time slot to help manage traffic flow and minimize wait times. 

The Drop & Go sign-up will open closer to our sale event.
