Thank you for your interest in our We Tag service! The $15 We Tag Supply Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. This fee helps cover the supplies and administrative costs needed to run the We Tag program. Please read through the following information carefully before submitting this form.
We Tag is designed for consignors who would like help preparing their items for the sale. Through this service, an approved We Tagger will enter, price, tag, and prepare your accepted items according to Sprout Style Swap guidelines. Our pricing follows the Sprout Style Swap guide, typically setting items at 30-40% of retail value.
Items, Bins & Drop-Off Requirements
We Tag consignors must have at least 2 bins of items to participate in the program. All items must be delivered to your We Tagger in bins. Items should be packed in 27-gallon bins or smaller with lids. The program includes up to 2 bins. Any additional bags, boxes, or loose items beyond what is included in the program will result in an $8 charge per additional bag or box, no matter the size.
At pick-up, the tagger will transfer accepted items into blue SSS bags while doing a brief inspection. Taggers are not sorters. Items should be brought in clean, organized, and ready for the tagger to review and prepare. It is the consignor’s responsibility to pre-screen all items for the correct season, stains, holes, odors, pet hair, accepted brands, and accepted categories before drop-off.
All items must be delivered to your We Tagger by the deadline listed for the current sale.
Meeting Location
The consignor and tagger must meet at a mutually agreed-upon location for item pick-up. The meeting location must be no more than 30 minutes from the tagger’s home or workplace.
Condition & Quality Standards
We charge a $1 fee for each unacceptable item dropped off to your tagger. This includes items that are not on the accepted list or do not meet Sprout Style Swap quality standards. This fee will be deducted from your earnings check before it is mailed.
These items will not be returned. They will be donated. Because no tags are created for these items, they will not appear by description on your inventory or settlement report.
Please check items carefully for:
* Stains
* Tears
* Holes
* Excessive wear
* Peeling
* Pilling or picked fabric
* Broken pieces
* Missing parts
* Strong odors
* Pet hair
* Outdated items
* Items that are not seasonally appropriate (Check the Not Accepted Items List)
* Items that are not sale appropriate

Please wipe shoes and toys before drop-off. Magic Erasers work great for this. Any item that requires batteries must include working batteries or it will not be included in the sale.
Clothing Guidelines
Clothing should be clean and free of stains, holes, odors, pet hair, and excessive wear.
Please place clothing and shoes in bins by gender, with boys’ items separate from girls’ items. Clearly mark the gender for the tagger. This is especially helpful for items like jeans, basics, and neutral clothing that may be difficult for taggers to separate.
Consignors should fold sets together and group any items they would like bundled. Clothing will be priced to sell at a minimum of $6 per hanger. Taggers may bundle like-brand items of the same size when needed to meet the minimum hanger price.
Pricing Approval
Before tags are printed, your tagger will send you an inventory report with your entered items and pricing. Pricing must be reviewed and approved by the consignor before tags are printed. Once pricing is approved, the tagger will print the tags and complete the tagging process.
Earnings, Fees & Checks
We Tag consignors earn 45% of their total sales.
The We Tag program requires a $15 non-refundable supply fee per event. Consignors must also register as a consignor for the current event and pay the separate $15 consignor registration fee.
If you would also like to tag some items yourself, you may use your own consignor number for those items. This is a good option for large items. Items you tag yourself under your own consignor number will earn 65%.
We will register you separately with a We Tag consignor number. This number will be provided to you after you have been paired with a tagger.
Checks will be mailed to the address you provide within 2 weeks after each event. Please wait 2 weeks after checks are mailed before reaching out with payment questions, as the postal system can be slow.
Settlement reports are generated and sent by your tagger after the conclusion of each sale weekend via email. A final settlement report will be mailed along with your check to the address you provide.
